Terms and Conditions for SVG to SwiftUI Converter by Quassum

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SVG to SwiftUI Converter web application and its Figma plugin version (collectively, the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to all of the Terms, then you may not access or use the Application.

2. Use of the Application

License: Quassum MB grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Application for your personal or internal business use.
Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the Application for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on any third party's rights, or in any manner that could impair the functionality or accessibility of the Application.
Modification of Terms: Quassum MB reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Application after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms.

3. Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Quassum MB. The Application is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to misuse the Application or help anyone else do so. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Application is in compliance with laws and regulations applicable to you.

5. Disclaimers

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Quassum MB expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

Quassum MB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quassum MB and its employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Application, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
